What I keep seeing

Capable people who cannot name their strengths

At a workshop for young adults preparing for marriage, warm and thoughtful people in their twenties could not name three things they do well. Without those words they struggled to describe what they bring to a relationship.

Their parents felt it too. Several asked me to keep their involvement quiet, so their son or daughter wouldn't feel pushed. Then came the request I hear again and again: can our whole family do this together?

Yes. That is exactly where my work begins.

See how the work is done
A teenage boy resting his chin on his hand, thinking
We know so much about our children. The harder question is who they really are.

What I believe

We are a reflection of something greater, each of us differently.

That is why no two children are alike, and why no two need the same thing. Each of us is one piece in a single whole. No two pieces have the same shape, and not one of them is optional. The picture only appears when every piece finds the place where it fits, including the one you find hardest to read.

Most of what feels like conflict at home is two people who cannot yet name what is happening inside them. I have seen what happens when that changes. The family steadies, and teenagers feel safe enough to grow and build lives of their own.

The world is changing

Professions will change. Who you are will not.

Start with who they are. The profession can follow.

We live in a time of great change. Whole professions appear and disappear, and artificial intelligence is quietly rewriting how the world works. Nobody can promise which job titles will still exist when your child grows up. In a world like that, the most important thing to know is not a profession. It is who you are.

What is natural in us is like a deep well whose water never runs dry. There we experience flow. There we feel joy, and to those activities we gladly return again and again. That is where competencies should be built. It is not enough to know how to do something. Whatever we build has to stand on what is strong inside us, or it does not last.

From a Gallup survey

About two thirds of adults do not like their work.

People can collect skills and certificates for years and still end up far from themselves. In that state there is no creativity and no open mind. It is not thriving, it is surviving. It does not have to go that way, and it starts much earlier than the first job interview.

My method

M.A.P.S. in four moves

From what matters to your child, to what they are naturally good at, to how you support them, to where they go next.

M

Mind & Values

First session: we name what your child cares about and where their energy switches on, in their own words.

01
A

Active Talents

Gallup names the inborn talents. We translate each one into a task your child can actually do this week.

02
P

Parent Partnership

You get exact sentences for the hard moments: homework battles, morning rush, the talk after a bad grade.

03
S

Steps Forward

You leave with a written next step: the open day to visit, the subject to try, the conversation to have.

04

What this sounds like in practice

Learner

Your child loves to learn.

Give her the new thing to figure out: the recipe, the bus route, the science project. Routine worksheets drain her, a fresh problem wakes her up.

Responsibility

Your son is reliable.

He cannot say no, so he drowns in promises. Teach him one sentence: let me check my week first. His yes then actually means something.

Empathy

Your daughter is sensitive.

She reads the room before anyone speaks. After a hard day she needs ten quiet minutes alone before homework, not questions.

You are not here to collect knowledge about yourself. You are here so that next Monday morning goes differently.

A report that says you are reliable or sensitive changes nothing. A talent becomes useful when it turns into a task you can put in the calendar and a result someone can see. That translation is my work.

The flagship

Every profile in your family, read as one team.

Where the work starts

Your family is a team. Let's map it.

Every member of the family gets a talent map of their own: Strengths Explorer for children aged 10 to 14, CliftonStrengths for Students from 15, and the full CliftonStrengths for parents. Then we lay the maps side by side, and the picture comes together.

Suddenly it makes sense why your daughter needs silence after school while your son needs to talk everything through, and why the two of you plan holidays so differently.

Is your child younger than 10? Start with yourselves. You take CliftonStrengths, and I show you how to spot your child's early talents at home, long before any test.

Already have your report?

Your strengths report, put to work

Many people take CliftonStrengths at work or university, read the report once and file it away. Bring the report you already have, whether you are a parent, a teenager or a young adult.

One session is enough to start. If you want to keep going afterwards, we talk about what makes sense for you.

The Partnership Corner

90 minutes on the friction that keeps coming back

For couples who already know their talents. We lay the two profiles side by side and work on the thing that keeps coming back between you.

  • One 90-minute joint session, online
  • Both profiles read together, in your shared language
  • Focused on repeating, real-life friction points
  • Different backgrounds and ways of thinking treated as the norm

Not sure what the two of you are made of yet?

€278

per couple, Gallup codes for both included

You do not need to arrive with a report in your hand. If you have never seen what each of you carries, I buy a personal Gallup code for each of you, Top 5 or all 34, and send it with simple instructions. Then we sit together for 90 minutes and look at the two of you side by side, not at one of you as the problem.

For families who care

Knowing who you are is the best protection

A young person who knows their own gifts carries something nobody can easily take away. Confidence rooted in who you are is the best prevention I know.

Each of us carries a spark of heavenly energy, and through it we are connected to one another and to something far greater than ourselves. Each person is one piece of a puzzle: incomplete alone, yet necessary for the whole.

The full map

What you were born with, not what you learned

A talent is a natural way of thinking, feeling and behaving that keeps repeating itself and can be used for good. You did not learn it at school and you did not choose it. It came down from your parents and their parents, a seed passed along the family, and it is already at work in your child at any age.

Everyone carries all thirty-four of them, only in a different order. The four groups below say where each one shows up in ordinary life: getting things done, getting people moving, holding a family together, thinking it through. Most families have all four at the same dinner table.

A child who knows their talents can stand apart without feeling smaller.

On its own a talent is only potential. Named and used, it becomes a strength: you feel more like yourself, someone else gets real help, and the effort starts to feel like joy. That is why we name them early. The order matters more than the list.

How it works

Four steps, one of them deliberately human

Step 01

Choose your path

The Family Map, the Child Talent Path, or The Partnership Corner. Have a question first? Just write to me.

Step 02

Pay securely

One payment covers the official Gallup code and the session with me. No subscription, no upsell.

Step 03

Your Gallup code arrives in 24 to 48 hours

This part is human, not automated. I buy an official Gallup access code individually for each client after your payment, then email it to you with instructions. That means the talents we work with come from the real Gallup tool, not from a guess.

Step 04

The session where it becomes practice

We meet online, open the map of your talents together, and turn it into next steps you can actually use.

Buying it as a gift?

Say so when you write, and the code arrives as a voucher you can hand over.

For the parent

Have you ever wondered what makes you different?

Thirty years of Gallup research across more than 100 countries points at the same answer: people who know and use their talents work better, feel better and reach what they wanted sooner. Your Top 5 is where that starts.

  • Your own top 5 talents, the ones that quietly drive every decision
  • A reason why you love some tasks and avoid others, finally named
  • A calmer way to read your teen's profile, because you know your own
  • In your preferred language, 20+ available
  • A personal action plan with 50 concrete ideas for using your talents
  • Extra time available if you need it, for dyslexia or reading in a second language

About

I work from inside the situation

My name is Aneta. I help parents, teens and young adults understand how they are wired, so teens see what healthy love looks like at home and grow into adults who choose and build better partnerships.

Gallup certified, working with the CliftonStrengths tool

It gives us shared words for what I have already noticed, so we build on something real rather than on impressions.

Where I come from

I am Polish, married to a Czech, and I raised three sons in the Czech Republic. I know what it looks like when a child is articulate at home and hesitant at school, and how easily that gets mistaken for a lack of ability.

Where I spend my week

Part of my week goes to a Czech classroom, guiding 8th and 9th graders toward their next school, and the rest to families. My own family is where I test every idea first.

We started with talent development in early childhood, long before there was a report in our house. With three different boys there was no single recipe, so I learned to watch first and say out loud what I saw: what he reaches for, what gives him energy, what he does without being asked. That habit became my work. My three sons are my best proof that every child is different, and each of them found his own place by following his own desire to succeed in the way that feels natural to him.

Starting with talents early is also the best prevention.

A young person who knows what they can offer has direction, feels joy, and feels needed.

Questions

Before you book

Yes. Young adults bring the report they took at sixteen and use it for a degree, a first job or a relationship that keeps hitting the same wall. Couples come to The Partnership Corner. The method stays the same at every age: name the talents, then make choices that fit them.
